Today’s Thoughts

I am a certified teacher. I chose that the best thing for my child would be to stay at home and raise her instead of taking her to someone else to raise everyday. I don’t think anyone is a bad person for working it is just not what I chose to do. I know some people’s finances require them to work and I understand that as well. My issue is that a lot of people feel that if a Mom chooses to stay at home instead of going to work that she just doesn’t want to work. I believe that statement is just not true. I went to school and put out  a lot of effort to become a teacher.  I taught four years in a public school and loved it. I just BELIEVE with ALL of my heart that my place is at home with Kinsey and one day when my child or children(two at the most) go to school I will be there with them. Anyway, I am sitting at home today and thinking about this issue. Ibelieve actually somedays it would be A LOT easier to take her to someone else during the day than to stay at home.
